Terms of Service
1. Who can use CozDate
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and not barred from using the service. One account per person.
2. Be who you say you are
Use your own photos and true details. Fake profiles, impersonation and accounts run for someone else are removed.
3. What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content sent to someone who did not ask for it.
- Asking other members for money, gifts or financial details, investment schemes, or any scam.
- Offering or advertising commercial or sexual services.
- Spam, promotion, or contacting people for anything other than meeting them.
- Anything involving minors, and anything illegal where you or the other person live.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your safety
We review photos and act on reports, but we do not run background checks. Never send money to someone you have met online. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and report anyone who makes you uneasy.
5. Coins and subscriptions
Coins and Plus or Premium subscriptions are bought through Apple or Google. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except where the law or the store's own rules require. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your store account.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give CozDate permission to host and show it to other members as part of the service.
7. Liability
CozDate is provided as it is. We are not responsible for how members behave on or off the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, or [LIABILITY CAP], whichever is greater, except where the law does not allow this.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
