Someone is bothering you
Use Report or Block on their profile or in the chat. Reports go straight to our team.
Someone asked you for money
Do not send it, and report them. Asking members for money is not allowed on CozDate.
Coins and subscriptions
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. For a refund, contact Apple or Google; to cancel a subscription, use your store account.
